An Identity Protection PIN or IP PIN is a 6-digit number that is mailed or emailed to taxpayers every year, and every year is made up of different numbers.

Form 1095-A

Form 1095-A is mailed to taxpayers who have enrolled in Health Insurance from the government, also known as Marketplace/Exchange or HealthCare.gov.
